After renting vacation homes in the Orlando area ourselves for the last 15 years, we know what the vacationing family or families need to make the trip, a vacation The house is great for couples or two families. Large flat screen in family room with surround sound for a movie night! Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV as well. Disney and MGM 12 min, Sea World, 10 min, Universal Studios 15 min, International Drive 12 min, Wet n Wild 12 min, Typhoon Lagoon 12 min, Downtown Disney 12 min, Beaches: Highly recommend Anna Maria Island, quiet non tourist type area, turquoise waters, powder sand beaches, not busy (1.25 hrs). Coco beach 1.25 hrs famous Ron Jon Surf shop and Cape Canaveral.
Other Activities: Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios
