Security deposit will be returned to you after a full cottage inspection has been performed to insure cleanliness and damage check. - Rental rate is for an occupancy of up to 8 people. $50/day will be charged per person if there are more than 8 people on the property during your rental period.

Miscellanous : Pillows and Blankets are provided, please bring your own sheets and towels. There are no laundry facilities on the property but there is a laundromat is close by in Bristol. Check in is Saturday, 3pm, check out Saturday at 11 am. 1/3 deposit required with signed contract to reserve your week. The balance and a $200 security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Come stay with us at Beautiful Newfoundl Lake, the cleanest Lake in the State of New Hampshire. We offer beautiful views of the Lake, Mt. Cardigan with breath taking sunsets. Enjoy your own private beach and swimming area. Relax on the porch with a good book. Fall asleep to the sounds of Loons calling.
Accepting Rental Start Date: We will start accepting requests for renting the property January 1, 2010. Please feel free to contact us at any time with inquiry's, we will gladly answer any questions you may have about the property.
