We are in a great location that allows you to travel to many great Florida destinations and to come back home to tranquility and to your own private pool. The home includes everything you can think of including Direct t.v., DVD player, t.v.s with cable in every bedroom, dishes, silverware, Bed linens, beach towels, ironing needs, hair dryers, a starter set of basic necessities and much, much more. We hope that your family will enjoy our vacation home as much as our family does. We only get to use it approx. 6 weeks per year. We hope to retire to beautiful Rotonda West one day. Several beaches within 5-10 mile drive.
Top things to do : Visit the best beaches in the state of Florida! Wine and Dine at all of the great restaurants. Relax poolside at your own private pool and spa. Visit the specialty shops at must see St Armands Circle-Sarasota. Visit Theme parks in Tampa. Just Relax at home with the pool. Public beaches are a free days entertainment. Nearby Stump pass is great for dolphin sitings. Venice Beach - Shark tooth capital of the World. Sharkys Pier in Venice is a must see!
