Rate information for this Twin Mountain house rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We are also interested in speaking with seasonal rental applicants, please contact us to discuss.
- A pre-determined deposit is due at least 30 days prior to your scheduled visit. Your reservation will be classified 'tentative' until this deposit is received. We use PayPal (credit cards) for payment. Please contact us by telephone if you would like to discuss alternate payment methods.
We understand that sometimes life throws curve balls. If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your visit, there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel within the 30 day time frame you will forfeit your deposit. We will work with you if we can rent our home for your canceled stay.
The payment for your entire stay will be due prior to you receiving the access code to the home. At this same time, a fully refundable security deposit (the amount depending upon your length of stay and number of guests) will also be due. Your deposit will be happily refunded after the home is inspected (not to exceed 3 business days). - Ask us about last minute bookings. We will provide you with a 20% discount if you book our house 48 hours prior to arrival.
