Additional booking information: Please note that multiple month bookings receive preference over single month bookings. We will also pay the one-time cleaning fee on multiple bookings. Our rates have not changed for the last five years and now also includes wireless internet service. Month rental periods begin with the 1st of the month. We are only booking monthly rentals at this time. (Sorry no weekly rentals are available.) $500 Security deposit required. $125 Cleaning fee per rental departure (except with multiple month bookings).
Attractions: This perfectly located home is 90 minutes from Orlando International airport and 75 minutes from West Palm Beach airport. Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center are short day trips. Fine restaurants and shops await you at the Vero Beach Indian River Mall, including a 24-screen stadium seating movie theater. We will leave you with the best eating establishment secrets. Vero Beach also has a community center with a heated pool. But best of all, you are only 10 minutes from a walk along miles of beautiful sandy beach. Compare our home to other rental properties and you'll find this to be a great value!
Peaceful Retreat: Our home is located in a secure, quiet, 60 home gated community. Easy access to US 1 and Interestate 95.
