The house has air conditioning and central heating, in over 2300 square feet of living area. Therefore all the rooms are generous. The lounge has luxurious sofas and arm chairs and its own 32 inch TV, DVD, radio, and CD player. There is also a selection of DVDs, CDs, books, and games suitable for all ages available. All the TVs in the house (six in all) are equipped with AV sockets at the front for easy connection to video games, etc. There are over 100 channels available including BBC America and ESPN and Fox Sports for European football. The large very well equipped kitchen area with its own table and chairs opens on to the family room and has its own breakfast table and chairs. There is a separate area with a washing machine and tumble drier. The formal dining area has a large glass topped table that will easily seat six if you chose to eat inside instead of out doors on the patio.

Downstairs has an en-suite master bedroom with king bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds and its own bathroom, with a shower suitable for someone with mobility problems (fitted handrails and an integral seat). Upstairs there is a second en-suite master bedroom with a queen bed, and bedrooms #4 and #5 both have twin beds and share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have their own TVs. The Mickey Mouse room has the PlayStation II set up with a selection of games, although the Playstation can be used in any of the rooms. All the bathrooms have showers. Cots are available on request and bedding is provided in the house. There is a high chair and stroller available. There is high speed wireless internet access available. The house is also alarmed for extra security.

The pool area, as well as having the large pool also has a spa to ease those aching feet after those tiring days in the parks. Pool heating is available on request. The south facing aspect ensures you can enjoy the afternoon sun and top up that tan. The pool is not overlooked from the rear. The patio table seats six with sun-loungers available for those wishing to continue sunbathing. Families with young children need not worry about pool safety -there is a secure pool fence to prevent accidents. There is a children's play area with swings, slides etc on Silver Creek, just 400 yards from the villa.
