The Resort: This stunning totally renovated condo is truly directly on the ocean. You awake to the sites and sounds of the beautiful surf, dine on your lanai while enjoying the whales and breathtaking sunsets, or simply relax with a refreshing cocktail and enjoy the views of the ocean and Molokai and Lanai. Walk 25 feet to take a dip in the ocean or snorkel with the reef fish and turtles. You really can enjoy paradise without leaving the resort. The Papakea Resort is located on North Kaanapali Beach. Papakea has 13 acres of lush tropical gardens with foot bridges and koi ponds. The tennis courts, putting greens, shuffleboard and pools/hot tubs make your time as relaxing or as busy as you choose. Children especially enjoy swimming in the pools and ocean in front of the condo. You have the option of dining in or barbecuing poolside or heading out to any one of the numerous restaurants within a five mile radius.
Special Activities: Best authentic luau: 'Old Lahaina Luau'. Best luau food: 'The Feast at Lele'. Golf courses with 10 miles: Kapalua Bay Course, Kapalua Plantation Course, Kapalua Golf Academy, Royal Kaanapali Course and Kaanapali Kai Course. The Maui Arts and Cultural Center has numerous plays, movies, concerts and exhibits throughout the year.
