- Additional charge of 10% for Vermont State Tax and a One time exit cleaning fee of $125, depending on condition Townhouse is left in.

- Master Bedroom Suite located on top level. King sized bed, cable TV & A/C for summer, large whirlpool tub in master suite. High cathedral ceiling with plenty of light. Private loft outside of master bedroom, nice area to sit and relax reading or listening to music. Loft railing overlooks the living room. All rooms have their own heat and thermostat. Large hanging closet, dresser and nightstands with alarm clock. Guest Bedroom is located on the second level, entryway to the unit is from the second level. This guest bedroom has twin beds, a private bathroom with tub and shower, a large hanging closet and dresser. There is a pullout queen sized sofa bed on the 1st floor located in the living room. There's a 1/2 bath (Sink, Toilet) on this level
