Security deposit: A $350.00 Security deposit is required within 1 week of booking which is fully refundable within 2 weeks of departure providing the condo is in good condition. Summer electricity rates negotiable.
Payment methods: Cheque or money order accepted. Full rental amount is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fee of $100.00 is also due at the time of the full rental. Please inquire about discount for repeat visitors.
Cancellation: Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival date - 100% refund. Before 30 days prior to arrival date - 50% refund. Within 30 days of arrival date - No refund.
