Ski Bolton Valley: Bolton ski area has the highest base elevation of any Vermont Ski area, and receives the most yearly snow fall, second only to Jay Peak, with a yearly average of 300 inches. The Timberline Run ski trail is directly behind the condo, making the Town Home a true ski/out location. Once on the ski trail, it is a short downhill ski to the Timberline Lift for Mountain access. The ski trail has snow making and is well maintained.
