Rental Preferences & Occupancy: Our strong preference is for seasonal, monthly, or weekly rentals. Although we will consider weekend rentals, longer term rentals will clearly be preferable and will result in a savings compared to short-term stays. Since this is our house, we would also prefer single family occupancy with a maximum of six people. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
