Security deposit is $300 for short term rentals.
Tax rate are for stays under 31 days.
50% of the full rental amount is due upon time of signing the rental agreement.
Total is due 30 days prior to stay.
Cancellation fee is $150.
If notice of cancellation is given 30 days or less prior to rental period, refunds will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved. .
No refunds will be made for peak rental periods.
