Any bookings made for 3 weeks or longer that cancel will have a cancellation fee equal to the weekly rate on the property. (Please keep in mind we don't waive this cancellation policy for emergencies nor weather related airline cancellations or health problems). All cancellations for whatever reason will be subject to the cancellation policy).
