Monthly rental includes 120.00 in electrical consumption, and the balance if any is the responsibility of the tenant paid via the security deposit.

If you want to get out and explore more, no problem, there are rental car companies offered at the airport or offices near the condo (i.e. Budget rental in Bavaro) but for the best rates book online ahead of time. Within a short 5 minute drive you'll find the Palma Real Shopping Center, a large, newer mall consisting of a movie theater, Hard Rock Cafe', Tony Roma's, Wine shops, and numerous name brand shops, restaurants, and boutiques to name a few. The location of this condo is just a 15 Minute drive to several Marine Life attractions, Water Parks, more Casinos, 9 Championship golf courses, nightclubs. There's even a nightclub located inside a natural cave called (Imagine). Several tour, excursion companies nearby. Day trips to Saona or Catalina Island Excursions are highly recommended.
