The property is so big that it was split into 3 areas to make the house cozier and can be accommodate 4-20 people. The Master bedroom has its own private bath and walk in shower and the other bath is easily accessible to the rest of the house. If cooking is your intention then you will not want to leave the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has all the stainless steal appliances and accessories you could ask for. A breakfast nook is readily available for those family breakfasts and a large living room capable of hosting friends and family.
This house has a sleeping loft aimed at pleasing all your relaxation needs. The Studio area, and complete bath are second to none in whole estate. From making scrambled eggs in the morning or even that late night snack at twilight, the kitchen suits all your desires. What makes this unit unique to the rest is that on either side there are balconies. So there are 3 balconies total for this individual guesthouse. Both have separate entrances.
