There is a powder room on the first floor. All of the accessories are new in the fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, small appliances and more. There is a breakfast bar with two stools, and ceiling fans in the kitchen as well as the dining room.
The utility room has a full sized washer and dryer and storage cabinets. In the attached garage you will find lounge chairs, beach chairs, beach umbrella, two bicycles, fishing poles and a gas grill. Rinse the sand off from the beach or wash your car with your own private hoses on the patio and in your driveway. The air conditioning unit is new. For your convenience, the air conditioner, plumbing, heating and telephone all have service contracts. This condo is equipped for light housekeeping.
Enjoy the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico, less than a minutes walk to the beach. Amenities include two pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness room, clubhouse, picnic area with additional gas grills and a full mile of walking paths within the complex. Seaplace management and homeowners association requires a TWO MONTH minimum rental.
