OUR CONDO: This beautifully decorated and furnished Penthouse floor condo will make you say 'wow' when you walk in the door. This 950 square foot unit is luxurious with everything required for a few days or a few weeks. The owners purchased this property while under construction and were able to upgrade to enhance the unit even more. Fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and dinnerware along with full size refrigerator, cook top stove and range, microwave and dishwasher. Granite countertops in the kitchen and baths with nickel fixtures; ceramic and carpet on the floors. Dining area and living room with an easy chair to rest up after a hard day at the beach. From the 135 square foot balcony, your view of the ocean to the south is awesome. For the price and the amenities, this is a real deal! The owners strive to exceed your expectations.
THE LOCATION: Located at Ocean Blvd and 77th Ave North in Myrtle Beach, The Horizon is located in a very desirable neighborhood consisting of a mix of other condominium buildings surrounded by residential homes set among ancient oaks. For those that like to be at the beach but in a quiet location, this property four miles north of downtown Myrtle is the place to be. The local residents are out every morning walking and exercising their pets in this quiet and tranquil neighborhood. There are also numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. You can be at Tanger Outlet Mall , Bass Pro, Myrtle Beach Mall and Barefoot Landing with a ten to fifteen minute drive north. Carolina Opry and Dixie Stampede are five minutes away. Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves and The Palace are approximately 15 minutes south while the Grand Coastal Mall is twenty minutes south.
