Just ten kilometers from the medieval hill town of Assisi, the Vacation House owned and worked by the Morbidelli family for two generations, offers both a unique glimpse of Italian rural life and comfortable base from which guests can visit the famed nearby towns of Umbria, Tuscany and the Marches including Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena, Florence, S.Gimignano, Cortona, Rome, and Urbino and natural sights including Lake Trasimeno, the Marmore Waterfall and the Sibilline Mountain National Park. Large Apartment details: The Large Apartment is approximately 250 sqm and can accommodate 10 persons comfortably. It is composed from a Large Living Room with Fireplace, a Dining Room, a Kitchen, Four Bedrooms, Three Bathrooms, a Large Entrance Hall, a Large terrace, a Balcony and an Entrance Porch. The house is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, television set, radio. There is a washing machine in common for two portions of the Vacation House for rent. The final cleaning cost 40 Euros. The price doesn't include the supply of the sheets and towels (10 euro/people for the entire period) and the winter heating (on the base of consume).
