I , (homeowner) have an efficiency apt., in the basement of the rental home. If, anything is needed, I am available for you. Both entrances are very private and on opposite sides of the house. You have complete privacy, to enjoy the house, as you wish. I travel , so I don't need all the extra room upstairs.
