- Cool Season, Birding & Golf Special: 11 days for $800 September through May. Holidays included.
- There are no hidden fees or taxes. Return the signed Rental Agreement with the $200 to secure your reservation. The deposit becomes a damage deposit sent back to you within 30 days of departure if there is nothing missing or damaged. You may cancel more than 60 days in advance and loose only your deposit. Pay the $200 deposit and half the rent ($500) by 60 days in advance or at the time of reservation and the rest ($500) by 30 days in advance or at the time of reservation if later. There is no cleaning fee or other cost for weekly rental. We accept personal bank account checks or cash. The 10% tax is 5% sales tax, 2% County occupancy tax, and 3% town occupancy tax. There are no other fees or taxes.
- Reserve early for holiday weeks, Garden Week, Pony Penning, Birding Festival, seafood festivals, golf tournaments, and power squadron events. Fall and Winter walks on the beach are especially peaceful in Cape Charles. Many of the very best sunsets are in the Fall and Spring. The 11 days for $800 special applies also to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Snow is very rare here.

- The First floor centrally air conditioned romantic 17 x 14.5 master bedroom (with closet and bureau) allows privacy. You will enjoy brand new linens, mattress, pillows, bedcover and curtains as Bayflower Cottage was just put on the market in August 2009.. Local art decorates the walls and corner cabinets. The bathroom is nearby downstairs. Upstairs there is a futon in the top-of-stair 13 x 9 sitting room and a queen, a double and a single in the 332 sq ft family room as well as an upstairs second video player with hundreds of videos for all tastes and ages. This collection includes many childhood favorites and popular adventure films as well as no lack of hard to find classics. There is a four seat card table, a selection of puzzles and games, and a window a/c. The DVD/VIDEO/CD wide screen HiDef entertainment center is downstairs.

Fall and Winter Special Rates: September through May Special : 11 days for $800. Holidays and special events included. We have a grill ready for your cookouts. Don't miss the Tomato Festival and art walk with a parade and fireworks September 26, 2009. Reserve now for Holidays, golf tournaments, the Birding Festival, Garden Week and the 2010 grand Fourth of July Parade and fireworks. Book early for Summer 2010. Pay only the $200 deposit now. You can always call or eMail to ask about discounted or last minute deals. Check out the Baycreek golf course and stay with us for a week of golf in the Fall or Spring. Cruise to the Baycreek Marina or Town harbor and stay in the comfort of your own centrally heated beach cottage for a golf or birding holiday. Larger groups can reserve several houses nearby.
Quiet Family Oriented Town: Cape Charles historic district is a quiet Victorian residential town. Bayflower Managment is not some big corporation, but just a nearby family renting out what was our parent's beach house which they bought to be nearby after we moved here. We have just one cottage to rent and we have fixed it up to be just like you would if it were your own.
Check out our Beach: Look for yourself. Find Cape Charles in any of the Satellite picture web sites. Zoom in close. You will see a wide beautiful beach with few people on it. Check out how close Monroe Ave near Harbor Av is to the beach. The town is surrounded by water! Check it out and you will skip right back to the reservation calendar.
