The House: A sweet and charming 200 year cottage located only 5 minutes from the heart of historic Sag Harbor Village Main Street. Open kitchen/dining/family room with flat screen HDTV opening onto a stone back patio with grill overlooking private lawn furnished with outdoor dining for 6, chaise lounges, adirondack chairs and an outdoor shower. Comfortable furnishings include cable TV and local phone service, wireless internet, ipod, board games, books, dishwasher, washer and dryer, heat and ac. It is a 10 minute car drive to oceans, wineries and Hampton Classic Horse Show.
The bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms include 1 master with a queen bed on the first floor (Tv & dvd player) Upstairs 1 bedroom with a full bed and the other 2 twin beds.
You need bring only yourselves..........: Upon arrival the refrigerater will be lightly stocked. There are 6 comfortable beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach blankets and a large beach bag to carry your supplies. Outside there is a large,open but enclosed garden with some shade for hanging out. Meals can be served in or outside as the patio adjoins the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well stocked, making for a 'hassel' free vacation. You need only bring your ipod if you wish for music.
