- The Villages ID badge is available at a cost of $50/person limit 4. This gives you free golf at all executive courses as well as use of all pools and recreation centres throughout the Villages. This badge will also allow you to make reservations at all the Country Club restaurants and the popular dinner dance club, Kati Bells.
- Payment: A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. The remainder is due 60 days prior to check-in. A security deposit of $500 will be included in final payment and returned within 4 weeks of check out following inspection of home. The house must be left in excellent condition with bed linens washed and refrigerator cleaned out. All cleaning supplies including vacuum are provided. A cleaning charge of $100 will be deducted from security deposit if premises are left in unacceptable condition.
A golf cart is provided for your use in The Villages free of charge. You are responsible for any damages caused to the cart and a $500 deductible will apply.

- The bedrooms are separated from each other by the living room to give privacy. The master bedroom has a double sink with large shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom and den has a pocket door off the hallway to separate the living area from the guest suites. The den has a sleeper sofa with high quality mattress for occasional use. Both mattresses are a high quality natural latex to ensure a restful sleep.
