We cannot accommodate groups of more than 8 persons. NO EXCEPTIONS!

WE CAN ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR SUMMER OF 2014. $500 deposit will hold your reservation, balance due 30 days prior to check in.
There is NO CLEANING FEE for FULL WEEK RENTALS (7nights or more). Unit must be left in same condition as arrival, if it is NOT, A MINIMUM OF $100 will be deducted from security deposit - Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Check in and out times are firm during peak season but may be negotiable in pre peak season and off season. Weekends in the Fall, Winter and Spring season are early check in on Friday and late check out on Sunday.
