Property Restrictions: In order for us to keep our property pristine for your stay we have the following restrictions: We do not allow RVs, motorhomes, tents of any kind, special events (ie. weddings, reunions, corporate events etc.). Maximum parking 4 cars. Maximum capacity of the house is 6 people. Special requests will be considered by the owner and may have stipulations and/or extra charges. We will be happy to discuss your special circumstances with you please contact us. PETS - You love your pets and so do we but to keep our home beautiful please no pets on the furniture! We ask that you please make sure the yard is cleaned up upon your departure. For those who have pets that shed please do an initial vaccuum of the house to remove all pet hair upon your departure. We hope to keep our home pet friendly for everyone but we need some help to maintain the cleanliness of our home. Separate pet security deposit may be required. Thank you to all.
