Travel Directions: Please note that the actual address of our home will only be supplied once you have paid your final balance. From Orlando International Airport. • Leave the airport terminal along the North Access Road , towards the Beeline Expressway toll road (528), signed Orlando/Kennedy Space Center/Atlantic Coast. • Immediately after crossing over the Expressway take the exit ramp on to the Beeline Expressway (528) signed Orlando/Tampa. Always head towards Tampa . • There are two tollbooths on this section of road (50¢ and 75¢). Follow this road west to its end. Follow signs for Tampa to get on to I-4 west. • Continue west towards Tampa on I-4 until Exit 55. On the exit ramp keep to the left lane, signed U.S.-27 North - Clermont. Turn left at the traffic lights to get on to US-27. • Drive north about 3 miles. The entry to Hampton Lakes is on the right (opposite the entrance to Westridge). Both of these entrances are quite prominent and come up on you very quickly.

Terms and Conditions: If you want to book our villa, you must complete a booking form. The completed booking form must be signed and returned with either a deposit of 20% of the rental amount or the full rental amount. The mailing address is available upon request. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Payment methods involving fees such as PayPal transactions can be accepted but all fees will be met by the guests. A booking will only be considered firm when the deposit has been received and we have acknowledged the booking in writing or via email to the guest. Provisional bookings will be held for five working days only. The balance is due ten weeks before the date of arrival at the villa. Bookings made within ten weeks of departure are payable in full at the time of booking. A security deposit (against loss or damage) of £200/$350 is required and accompany your final payment. This will be refunded in full following your return home upon receipt of a satisfactory management report.

Accommodations: The property may only be occupied by two people per bedroom plus two people in the living room, maximum of ten people. The villa is provided only for the number of persons indicated by the guest on the booking form at the time of booking. An additional charge of £50/$80 will be made per additional person per night when the number of people occupying the house does not agree with the booking form. The villa is provided only for the guests as detailed on the booking form. The villa will be available to guests after 4.00 pm local time on the day of arrival. The villa must be vacated by 10.00 am local time on the day of departure. If this is not followed, and unless prior arrangements have been made, a $50 charge will be deducted from the security deposit. Early arrival and late departure is not possible unless previously agreed. Failure to comply will result in additional charges of £50/$80 per hour and you will be asked to leave the villa immediately.
