- Reservations: Please contact us by e-mail to confirm availability. Once we have confirmed your requested property and dates are available we will send you a rental agreement via e-mail or fax. This price includes up to 10 guests and is for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday only. A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only. Sorry, we do not accept Discover or American Express). The balance, tax and service charge is due 60 days prior to your arrival. We do recommend getting travel insurance through TravelGuard to protect against acts of god out of your control. The balance of the rental fee and the security deposit are due prior to 60 days before the rental period. Failure to send remaining fees may result in a cancellation of your reservation. You will receive an e-mail or fax receipt each time money is paid. Full confirmation will be sent once your final payment is received.
