If refunded, there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee withheld from the Advance Rent Deposit. Refunds of the Advance Rent Deposit and/or the Total Charges will not be given for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather conditions. In the event of a natural disaster, refunds will be made only in the event of a mandatory evacuation by governmental authorities. - None

Please use bathmats when showering as floors are slippery when wet. Please when coming from the beach remember to remove sand from shoes and legs with the hose outside.
