A Rental Deposit is required at time of reservation to hold the Rental Period. Owners will continue to offer the Rental Period for rent until the reservation is considered final. The Rental Deposit will be applied toward the Rental Fee. The Rental Deposit is not a security deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT, along with the Security Deposit and Housekeeping Fee is due thirty (30) days before your check-in date.
We strongly recommend use of PayPal to place rental deposits to insure immediate locking of a desired time period.
A $200 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. This security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of check-out assuming all terms of the rental agreement are met. There is also a mandatory $75 housekeeping - security deposit 200.00 refunded within 72 hours of check out and 75 dollar cleaning fee
