  • We have a delicate sewage treatment plant, not a septic tank, due to our proximity to Magens Bay, and NO foreign objects can be flushed down the drain.

The second bedroom has a Victorian queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which has 2 twins (or a king.). The 4th bedroom is downstairs, adjacent to the vacant owner's apartment, and is accessed by an exterior staircase and walkway. All rooms have ceiling fans, eliminating the need for air-conditioning on the cool, breezy Northside!

Very Accessable Villa with no stairs!: Free Airport Pick-up and island orientation. Welcome Basket with snacks and beverages. Courtesy Kit with spices, EVOO, vinegar, etc. Amenities include 40 ' flat screen TV with expanded cable channels and DVD. Library of books, CDs and DVDs. High speed wireless Internet access. Gas BBQ grill, and indoor or outdoor dining. Fully equipped kitchen including gas stove, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee-maker, & dishwasher. Fine linens throughout. The 4th floor, if utilized is on the lower level, adjacent to the empty owner's apartment, and is accessed by a walkway down the stairs and around the pool.

Attractions: Coral World, Harbor Gaming Center, Estate St. Peter Great House and Botanical Gardens, Atlantis Submarine, Paradise Point Tramway, World Famous Mountaintop, Blue Beards Castle, Tillet Gardens, and Pistarcle Theatre. A ferry trip to St. John, Water Island, Tortola or St.Croix (seasonal) is always enjoyable.

Golf: The world famous Fazio designed golf course, Mahogany Run is less that 10 minutes away, and has one of the most inspiring holes in the Caribbean, The Devil's Triangle.
