Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $400 Nightly, $500 on Holiday Weekends (3 day minimum)
- PAYMENT POLICY: Once you have indicated your desire to rent, we will hold the property for 7 days while awaiting your rental deposit of 50% of the total rent. If not received within that period we cannot hold the dates. 15 days before your scheduled arrival date we require the other 50% of the total rent with 6% tax, $75 cleaning and the refundable $500 security deposit. The security deposit will be mailed to you after your departure assuming no damages or extra cleaning. If we do not receive the second installment on the rent and the security deposit prior to 15 days of your arrival date, the first 50% of rent held as deposit will be forfeited and your reservation will be canceled. Simply remain in contact with us and confirm our receipt of deposits and things should be fine.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel once you have a confirmed reservation and more than 15 days from your scheduled arrival date, every effort to re-rent the property during your reservation period will be made - There is a 6% Texas hotel tax required on all rentals.
