More Info: The rent includes wireless internet, cable, local phone, and all utilities. It is immaculate! No smoking, please. Royal Mansions is an exceptional beachfront complex. The facility offers a heated pool and hot tub as well as a beautifully decorated clubhouse. Located about one mile south of Port Canaveral and about two miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, there are many great restaurants in the immediate area. You can sit on the beach and look across the water at the Kennedy Space Center launch pads or watch the cruise ships coming in and out of port. Enjoy a round of golf, surf, swim, or go boating. Hop in the car and visit any of the many Florida attractions. In about one hour you can reach Orlando, Sea World, Disney, or Universal Studios. We have the perfect location for the perfect Florida vacation!
