- BEWARE OF “CLOSE TO THE WATER”!
Houses on the water are expensive and hard to find. A place in a beach community is a great alternative. Here in Suissevale, you’ll see a lot of places with lake and beach access. But be careful if you are looking for ‘close’ to the water. There are only 5 places in Suissevale for rent that are walking distance to the community beach. You’ll see other places on the maps that look like they are across the street from the lake. In reality, the land across the street is private property. You would have no access to the water there. You’d have to drive down to the community beach. In good weather, you might have trouble parking.
My cottage is walking distance to the beach. Check my reviews and you’ll see my previous guests confirm how close it is. It’s one of the 5 properties that are a 1 minute walk from the sand. There is a wagon at the house so you pack your cooler and toys.
