- All bedrooms have their own A/C unit and ceiling fan so everyone can have their own temperature setting. Master Bedroom has its own private bathroom and direct views of both Playa Colorado and Rio Colorado. Master Bedroom also has a 22 inch LCD TV with DVD. Second bedroom has twin beds, closet, and a direct view of Rio Colorado. Third Bedroom has twin BEDS and a closet. This is a TRUE 3 bedroom unit, not a 2 bedroom with an alcove and a couch.

Further details about this condo rental
Enjoy world class surfing, a mile long white sand beach, an oceanfront infinity pool, the ONLY functional golf course in Nicaragua, nature hikes, and snorkeling - all within the resort. Surf Rio Colorado, also known as the Nicaraguan Pipeline, where most of the videos and photos of Nicaragua surfing are shot. It is a sand bottom beach break fed by the Rio Colorado rivermouth. You can see it from the couch or master bed and access is right out the back door! Also try Ponga Drops - a deep water reef that amplifies the swell for waves when everywhere else goes flat. Offshore winds from Lake Nicaragua over 300 days/year ensures glassy conditions all day long! Be aware that the other condo buildings and several of the rental houses in Hacienda Iguana are a long way from the actual Rio Colorado surf break. Be wary of a 'short walk to the beach' unless you consider a mile 'short'. Villas Iguana condos are on the far north end of the beach and a very long walk to the surf break.
Golf condos are on the golf course which is fine if you are there to play golf but they are not near the beach. This means that everyone in your group will have to come and go together if you drive. Our condo is right on the break so you can come and go as you please. One look out the window and you'll know what's going on in the water! Any questions about Nicaragua or Hacienda Iguana?
