A good HOA is very important because they force home owners to properly maintain all homes. Calabay Parc is very modern community with an aim of being the finest villa development in the area. We offer a beautifully maintained villa is a very Prestigious Community.
Additional Details: : Our spacious accommodation are offered on one level making this ideal home for children, the elderly or those in wheelchairs. Fully air conditioned throughout with a ceiling fan over the lanai for extra comfort will setting at the pool. All external doors and windows are fitted with alarms to alert you when they are opened. The pool area has a child removable safety fence to keep small children from entering the pool area unaccompanied.
Golf: GOLF: Golfers are surrounded by over 30 of the best championship golf courses in the area and 5 minutes from the top rated Southern Dunes golf course. All within easy reach of our villa.
