Golf Courses: Hales Location Country Club, North Conway Country Club, Wentworth Country Club in Jackson Santa's Village & Six Gun City in Jefferson, NH (about 1 hour away)
The White Mountain National Forest and Mount Washington in New Hampshire are home to New England’s famous Fall foliage Route. Autumn is certainly one of the most spectacular times of the year in North Conway. It's a good idea to make your reservations early and be sure you've got a great place to stay during the peak of foliage. Fall foliage season runs from mid September to mid October, with higher elevations and wetlands turning color first. Fortunately the leaves don't all peak at the same time! Many folks say the last week in September and the first week in October are the peak weeks for fall foliage, but every year it varies a little.
