- There is one full-bath downstairs that has toilet, sink and shower. Upstairs there is a 1/2 bath in the master which is small but has a toilet and sink. In the back patio-area there is an outdoor shower to rinse off any beach sand.

- Cozy but clean and comfy. Master has a brand-new queen bed and a 1/2 bathroom plus a bureau and closet. 2nd BR has a double-bed plus an up-right bureau. Large hallway closet for clothes and suitcases. 3rd BR has 3 twins arranged so that there is some play-space on the floor and beds double as couches for TV viewing so the room can become a space for kids to play as parents relax downstairs. This is a small house, but thoughtfully designed to maximize space. Every room has been freshly painted and redone in classic Martha's Vineyard charm.
