Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Reservations require receipt of a check for 50% deposit to confirm. * Balance due 1 month prior to arrival * Cleaning fee of $75 * Refundable security/damage deposit of $250
Upon receipt of your check, two copies of a standard rental contract will be sent to you, return one signed copy.
30 days prior to check in the remaining 50% is due along with your refundable damage deposit. 2 weeks after check out the damage deposit will be returned to you assuming there is no damage.

Cancellation Policy: As long as I am able to rerent I will refund your payment

Golf: This can be a great gathering location for a golf vacation. Lexington has a championship course in Lakeview Hills, there is a nice golf course in Port Sanilac, and a very inexpensive but very playable course inland from this location.
