- There are two very large bedrooms, (master is 800 sq ft) but we can accommodate larger parties as there are other sleeping areas. This is one of the best locations on the lake for access and views. We are on the Meadow Vista side of the Lake and only mins to I-80 and the Huge living areas and decks face West so you get Sunsets over the water. Centrally located so that you can see the whole lake including the Dam as well as towards the Bear River Cove The deck is 16 feet by 40 feet and there is a covered shady Lanai as well with a BBQ, large picnic table and round table and chairs as well. We have had receptions and large parties on the decks.The decks look over the lake and shaded by 100 foot black oaks.
