- PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS :
25% deposit by credit card upon reservation and upon signing the contract. The balance is to be paid on Check-In Date before key release.
Cancellations :
25% reservation deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival will result in the full loss of deposit.
Early departures will not be refunded.
** For 2010 Olympic guests, the deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is being canceled in anytime by renter. - Security Deposit :
To ensure and to protect the owner from having anything broken, lost or damaged in the suite, a FULLY refundable security deposit of $1500 will need to be temporarily put on your credit card during check-in. The security deposit will only entail your signature on the visa transaction slip but technically the transaction will not be processed unless damages do occur to the suite. A damage check will be conducted during the supervised check-out. Given that no damages or lost are found during the supervised checkout and that the keys are returned, the security deposit of $1500 visa transaction slip will be return to you.
