Notes: This is a very kid friendly place, play room under the stairs it has its own private little door. they can watch movies on your dvd player, play games, or nintendo dsi. The playroom is totally a place of their own & its huge. Kids can sit at the bar to eat so you have access for all their needs. This is a totally non smoking unit as all most luxury condos, feel free to smoke outside. We love pets, but we don't allow them. My kids suffer from allergies.
