As you gaze out the vast floor to ceiling windows into the endless forest you will truly feel away from it all. Enjoy the beautiful views inside and out in this ideal winter and summer vacation retreat.
During the summer,: you can hike or bike the trails out your back door, or enjoy the neighborhood pool and tennis courts a few minutes away. The extra large patio wraps around the entire back of the house and is perfect for entertaining. Dine outside, relax in the sun, enjoy the fire pit or soak under the stars in the hot tub. Your pristine retreat is only a ten minute drive to Donner Lake for swimming and boating. And located even closer are the Boca and Stampede Reservoirs.
During the winter,: you will be centrally located to all the premier ski resorts with Northstar and Squaw Valley only 20 minutes away in opposite directions. Or just step out your back door where the snowshoeing and cross country skiing is endless. And although you may feel like you are in a secluded winter wonderland, its just a short 5 minute drive to downtown Truckee for great restaurants and shopping.
