The 'North-of-Montana' District: This is a stunning, sophisticated, and serene single-family home in the exclusive and upscale 'North of Montana' district of Santa Monica, perhaps the finest area in all of Los Angeles. The setting is private and extremely quiet, featuring multi-million dollar homes on beautiful and spacious tree-lined streets. Just a minute away is the famous Montana shopping district (which is the locals' favorite area for many high-end boutiques, restaurants, bars, cafes, frozen yogurt and ice cream shops, movie theatres, yoga and massage studios, etc.). A short walk, bike ride, or drive gets you to the beach, pier, and Promenade, as well as LA's best farmers' markets, and abundant recreation, including hiking, swimming, tennis, golf, yoga, and more. Also nearby are public transportation (the main bus is just 2 short blocks away) and freeway access (5-minute drive to the 10 or 405).
