This deposit will be returned if no damage to the property is incurred. The security deposit will be mailed within one week of departure if no complaints and or damage to the property is incurred. Personal checks are accepted. Pets are an additional $45 and is guaranteed by security deposit. The remainder of rental fee is due upon arrival.
