Locally, it is just two minutes from Chauncey Creek Lobster and only four minutes from Fort Foster, Kittery's large, ocean-front park.
Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking house both inside and outside. If any evidence of smoking is found on the property, an additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged and the renters may be asked to leave.
