- Payment Procedure
- For payment, Owner prefers wire transfers or checks. Rental is reserved when deposit of $200 is received. Thirty days prior to check-in, first half of rental payment is due. Upon arrival, remainder of the rent is due. $200 deposit converts to a damage deposit.
- A $50 cleaning fee charged upon departure. Deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after departure, providing no damages occur. Any damages will reduce the damage deposit only by the value of individual item damaged.
