- A $250 Security deposit is required to secure your reservation. The security deposit will convert to a damage deposit upon arrival and cannot be used towards the rental fee. Security Deposit cannot be used toward Rental Fee. A signed contract must be received within 7 days of reservation. Rental Fee needs to be paid 90 Days before arrival. Payment in US Dollars & rental rates have all taxes and fee's figured in. Payment may be made by check, money order or major credit card, Visa, M/C. Paying with a corporate card will have a 3% additional charge.
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out following an inspection of the unit. Less any assessment for lost keys, damage or breakage beyond normal wear and tear, or missing items as determined by owner. Unit will be professionally cleaned prior to you arrival. No daily maid service. - Weekly rentals start on Monday and end on Sundays.
Weekend rates start on Friday and end on Sunday.
Weekly Rates that are less that a week during Peak Season will result in the Daily Rental Fee.
Condo is not suited for Handicap, the Elderly and Children. No animals please.
