- WEEKEND RENTAL EXAMPLE:
30% of the $550 base rental ($165) as a CONFIRMATION deposit, plus ($400) SECURITY deposit = $565 required by check within 3 business days to convert a reservation from tentative to confirmed. Base rental balance ($385) plus tax ($33) = 2nd check of ($418) required 5 weeks prior to arrival. Refund of ALL MONIES EXCEPT the $165 CONFIRMATION deposit is given for cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. For cancellations after the 4 week deadline, an additional 5% of base ($27.50) is kept for each day after the cancellation occurs, up to $550. Completed rentals will receive back the $400 SECURITY deposit within 10 days, subject to damages or need for excessive cleaning.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES:
WEEKLY--Saturday is the changeover day barring other arrangement--4pm check in, 10 am check out.
WEEKENDS--Friday--4pm check in, Sunday--2pm check out.
WEEKDAYS--(minimum 3 days)--4pm check in--2pm check out. - Prior to beginning of stay, names of all overnight guests and description of all expected motor vehicles and watercraft must be supplied in writing by email or letter. In the week prior to beginning of stay, guests will be provided with directions, and any other information pertinent to their stay (access to keys, etc.)

This is THE premiere property on a premiere lake and it is a great memory making place for families and friends. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ATTENTION, PLEASE NOTE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For some reason, the 3 main mapping sites (google, yahoo, mapquest) show the INCORRECT location for my property. The location is a little north and west of the location the mapping sites incorrectly show for Long Beach Drive. My property is on the southeast portion of the main part of Long Lake. If you contact me, I can guide you to bringing up a satellite photo of the location.
Golf: 5 minutes to the Thunder Bay Golf Resort and free elk herd viewing.
Other Activities: horse shoes on site, great lakes fishing & diving charters, ATV riding, snowmobiling
