Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A $500 cash security deposit is required upon arrival and is returned minus damages, if any, at departure. To hold the apartment a non-refundable deposit of 33% of the rental is required. The balance must be paid one month before arrival. We use Paypal or Credit Card and will send you an email where you may pay with a credit card. A 3% service charge will be added.
- This rate is based on double occupancy. For any additional person over the age of 6 years old a daily charge of $35 will apply per person.
