The beach access is gated for only owners and guest in the neighborhood so crowds are never a problem. There is also a brand new covered pavilion perfect for a picnic lunch out of the sun, or a romantic spot for a glass of wine and enjoying a sunset. All this plus the conveniences of shopping, dinning and live entertainment (Baytowne in Sandestin) a short drive or walk away!
