Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- The rental includes airport transfers, a welcome pack, daily maid service, all towels and linen, electricity and water. There are no extra costs.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than six weeks before the date of arrival together with a refundable security deposit of 10% of total rental. If the booking is made within six weeks of the date of arrival, the total rental and security deposit will be payable immediately. The security deposit will be repaid within 7 days of the date of departure less any deduction for the cost of damage or loss. Payments can be made by bank transfer in USD, GBP, Thai Bahts or Euros.

Location: Phuket is often described as the Pearl of the South. It is a spectacular tropical island nestled in the Andaman Sea. With many fine, unspoiled beaches, it is a paradise. Bang Tao beach is probably the island’s finest. It has many restaurants on the water’s edge as well as access to the exclusive Laguna resort hotels including the Banyan Tree, Sheraton and Dusit.
Nearby attractions: There are many water sports available or why not just relax and enjoy a massage either on the beach, in a fabulous spa or in the comfort of your own villa? For the energetic, there is a fully fitted gymnasium and a number of magnificent golf courses. Other activities include horse riding, elephant trekking, snorkeling, scuba diving, kick boxing, fishing and tennis. For those who enjoy a busy nightlife, Patong is only half an hour away. It is also a mecca for shopping.
Lifestyle: This villa provides the best of two worlds. Guests can have breakfast, lunch and dinner brought to them and even have a chef prepare food in-house. Or, for those who prefer to cook for themselves, there is a modern kitchen with all utilities and nearby shops including Tesco. Dining under the stars on the roof sala is a great joy.
